Acceptance

Training

After-sales service
1). From the date of final acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall have a product
warranty period of 12 months and free maintenance of the product during the warranty
period. In particular, if the machine tool arrives at Party A for 15 months, if it is not installed
and commissioned due to Party A’s reasons, the warranty period will expire and Party B will
no longer provide free installation, commissioning and maintenance.

2).During the warranty period, if it is for the user’s reasons: the loading and unloading
process, the storage time is too long, causing mechanical appearance or internal damage; the
man-made damage caused by improper operation and self-removal and modification is not
included in the above free warranty, the user must pay All repair and refurbishment costs. Note: The damage caused by natural disasters is not covered by our company’s warranty. For
